Return and Exchange Requests

We hope that you love your Alquema purchases, however if you are not entirely satisfied, we will happily issue a refund for all returned items that meet the Returns Policy conditions.

Returns must be lodged within 14 days of receipt at our Return Portal and received by Alquema within 14 days of lodging a return. Return postage are at your own expense, we recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for returns damaged or lost in transit.

All online orders must be returned to our warehouse. We do not process any online returns in store.

All orders returned must include both the Order Number and the Return Authorization Number. You will receive your Return Authorization Number when you submit your return request through our Return Portal. Any order returned without those numbers will be sent back to you. We strictly do not accept returns outside of the return window stated above.

Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges for online orders. Refunds will be processed for all returned items that meet the Returns Policy conditions. If you would like to exchange for another size or colour, please send the item back to our address in the returns portal that suit your location for a refund and place a new order online of the item that you would like to exchange to.

 Return Conditions

  • All sale items are unable to be returned for refund unless deemed faulty
  • From time to time, Alquema will offer promotional discounts or site wide sales. Items that are purchased in conjunction with any of these sales are unable to be returned for refund, unless deemed faulty.
  • All items returned must be unworn and include the swing ticket in the original packaging.
  • Any items that have been worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
  • You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning goods for refund, unless goods are deemed faulty.
  • Returns are accepted if lodged within 14 days of receipt of your order at our Return Portal.

Alquema clothing purchased from any of our 3rd party stockist should be returned to the store where the original purchase was made. We are unable to accept any returns for goods not purchased directly from the Alquema online store.

 

International Returns

For International returns, the freight will not be refunded.

If the order value is over AUD$600, a shipping fee of AUD$40 will not be charged. If part of the order is returned and the final value of goods received is less then AUD$600, the freight charge of AUD$40 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange Conditions

Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges for all online orders. Refunds will be processed for all returned items that meet the Returns Policy conditions.

If you would like to exchange for another size or colour, please send the item back to our address in the returns portal for a refund and place a new order online of the item that you would like to exchange to.  

 

Faulty Items

We pride ourselves on exceptional quality, therefore manufacturing faults are rare. In the event you believe a garment of Alquema purchased from our online store in faulty, please contact us at thewarehouse@alquema.com or by visiting our Contact page here and include a clear image of the garment in question.

 

  • Garments that are damaged through wear are not considered faulty
  • Mistreatment of a garment (including the pleating on the garment) will void a faulty request.
