Yes, we ship to many countries across the globe. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Holiday period update
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be dispatched, we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders due to the holiday period.
Regular shopping seasons (excluding November-December)
It depends based on regional or metro areas within Australia. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
RETURNS
Returns must be lodged within 14 days of receipt at our Return Portal and received by Alquema within 14 days of lodging a return. Return postage are at your own expense, we recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for returns damaged or lost in transit.
All online orders must be returned to our warehouse. We do not process any online returns in store.

Pre order
Pre Orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a Pre Order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse. We will send you an email when the item arrives as well as when the item ships out.
We offer pre order for a select range of styles. Pre order allows our customer the ability to secure popular styles before the product arrives. Estimated delivery times are outlined when viewing the product online.
Each pre-order style includes an estimated shipping date on the product page. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on production and shipping conditions.
