Australian Orders

Domestic Australian shipping is free for all orders.

Domestic Australian orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express satchels and are generally received within 1-3 days from the time of shipping.

Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you of your tracking number.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days of receipt of your order, except over busy periods (sales, holiday seasons etc), where increased demand may create a slight delay.

Orders are processed and shipped between Monday and Friday from our head office. Order processing and shipping does not occur on Weekends or Public Holidays.

International Orders

International shipping is free for orders valued over AUD$600.00

International orders valued under AUD$600.00 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of AUD$40.00

International orders are dispatched via FedEx International Economy service and are received within 3-7 days from the time of shipping.
